Loki walked slowly through the Frozen Tundra, trying to shield his face from the din and snow. He had been caught in a blizzard. He could barely see the tall Agranik Mountains to the west.

Loki walked into the town, seeking any shelter he could from the blizzard. He walked through the town, looking for some public place which he could enter.

Loki ran quickly to the tavern. He opened the door and walked in, rubbing his hands together to keep them warm. He sat down at a nearby table, holding the hilt of hi sword. He didn't know much of this town, so it was natural for him to be wary.

As Loki scanned the room, he took special attention to the elderly men. He had an idea of where he wanted to go. The Thierian Foest. After all, he had never seen a forest.... he stood and walked over to one of the oldest looking men, "Excuse me, but you wouldn't happen to know the way to the Thierian Forest from here, would you?"

Loki nodded, then asked "Know anywhere around here I can get supplies?" He pointed down to his Short Sword and said "And maybe a better weapon?"

Loki nodded and said "Thank you." He walked to the door and headed outside. He walked through town, looking for an inn, not a shop. After all, he could do his shopping in the morning. Hopefully the blizzard would be gone by then.

((Alright, both of us RPing me differently is confsuing. I'm just gonna go to the way you're doing it...))
I look out into the snow, but by now it is growing dark, and I can barely see through all of the snow. I listen carefully, and trudge off towards the cries, unsheathing my short sword as I do.

I gasp and quickly run towards the sound. "Where are you? I can't see a thing!" I call out to the woman.

I quickly run to her side and ask "Are you all right? What happened?"

I nod and say "I'll help..... did you see what it was? Which way did it go?" I look down at my short sword and groan. If it is some large beast, I am in trouble.

I take a deep breath and say "Alright, don't worry. I promise I'll get you son back." I look to her sincerely and say "And I can't accept your money. I could not bring myself to walk away without tryingb to do something." With that, I quickly follow the tracks, closing the fur jacket I was wearing to keep warm.

I shiver from the cold, and hope and can last. Then, I quickly charge forward, making the wind sting my face even more. I quickly run to the top of the snow drifts, my feet sinking deep into the snow. I am very thankful that I have the warm boots.

((Of course....))
I grit my teeth, then get an idea. "Slow!" I said, using my time magic. Then, the snow begins to fall in slow motion, and the tracks will not be covered as fast. Now, with the wind going slowly, I bolt forward, running as fast as I possibly can, since I am not affected by the magic. Perhaps I can catch up to the beast before the spell wears off?

((XD. Thx.))
I stop and looked around for a moment. Perhaps the best is white and is remaining hidden in the snow. I look up, down, and all around looking for an explaination.

((Uhh....))
I stand there, thinking for a moment, then am struck with an idea. Perhaps if I dig in the snow! But I don't want my bare hands to be frostbitten... Then i get an idea. The reached for the pockets of my fur coat, and pull them inside out, then I rip hem out! I put them on my hands, and being digging furiously.
